Tariff refunds give U.S. economy a $100 billion jolt as growth heads toward 4.3%
The Trump administration has returned over $100 billion in tariff payments to businesses, and Apollo economist Torsten Slok says the refunds are adding fuel to GDP growth expected to hit 4.3% in the third quarter.
