The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has uploaded 96 percent of polling unit results from the Osun State governorship election onto its Results Viewing (IReV) portal, just as official collation of the results gets underway.
The upload means that the majority of polling unit results across the state are now accessible for public viewing on the commission’s online platform. Four percent of the results have not yet been posted to the portal.
With the start of official collation, INEC is now in the next phase of the electoral process, which will involve the aggregation of results to determine the outcome of the election.
The collation process is now underway, with 96 percent of polling unit results already uploaded to the IReV portal.
